Overview

Reporting to the Senior Brand Manager, Goldwell, you will be responsible for assisting in the development and delivery of all marketing activity to the UK market for the KMS/Goldwell portfolio.


An experienced brand manager ideally with product/brand management experience  will ensure that the UK business is well supported in the development of new strategies in line with wider salon business objectives.

Responsibilities

  • To roll out new promotional campaigns and products and to liaise with suppliers when sourcing and pricing support materials. 
  • To liaise with internal and external creatives to produce support material for  KMS/ Goldwell brand when required.
  • Act as brand guardian for the retail portfolio, ensuring consistency of messaging, tone of voice and where we show up for each of the brands across all channels.
  • To Assist in the planning and delivery of top (10) Customer Marketing Annual Plans. Ensuring key milestones and KPI's are met in line with agreed objectives
  • To Translate the Retail Excellence strategy in to an annual calendar of actions. To own the delivery and management  of the annual plan, in line with company objectives
  • To represent the brand in the most professional ways possible at Global meetings, product re-launches and at education meetings at Group level. High quality presentations and reports produced.
  • To ensure stocks of collateral are available whilst adhering to allocated budgets and informing Marketing Director if re-ordering is needed.

Qualifications

  • Degree Educated
  • Minimum of 3 yrs FMCG experience in haircare sector (ideal) or in Beauty/Retail FMCG.
  • Minimum of 3 yrs in strategic/tactical marketing roles.
  • Able to manage new product launches, pos merchandising development and can create strong brand identity strategy and is commercially minded enough to drive through sales campaigns.
  • Can manage  marketing agencies and multiple projects.
