    Kao is in the middle of setting up a Finance Shared Service Centre (FSSC) for the EMEA region. To further support the set-up and the continuous success of our FSSC in the Netherlands, we are like to get in touch with a Credit Controller. We are recruiting multiple positions.


    As credit controller you will be coordinating debts of existing creditors and assessing credibility of the customers for one of the European regions. You will be handling collections of outstanding debts and will be fully responsible for resolving account queries, issuing credit notes and managing debt recovery. As credit controller you will also build and maintain close relationships with all customers to ensure smooth running of accounts and encourage timely recovery of payments.


    • Timely and effective collection of all debts and customers’ payments and maintains accurate records of all chasing activity;
    • You help developing credit analysis tools for evaluating creditworthiness of new and existing customers;
    • You prepare cash flow forecast for accounts receivable and compiles credit notes;
    • You manage credit control aging reports and collections of overdue accounts and prepare dunning letters. You also identify changes in payment patterns and propose action to avert indebtedness;
    • You will be handling customer requests and resolves all issues concerning customer accounts;
    • You enhance existing processes and develop continuous improvement initiatives to ensure the most efficient completion of duties; such as designing SAP reports to monitor Credit functions;
    • You work closely with the other credit controllers and report to the manager Accounts Receivable.


    • You have the ability to establish and maintain good client relationships, both internally and externally at all levels, but keep the most important goals in mind;
    • You can reconcile complex accounts and have excellent attention to detail;
    • You utilizes the opportunities to proactively simplify and suggest improvements to current processes;
    • You have a good business understanding;
    • You are a strong team player.
