The Transformation Services Leader will support the initiative lead with supporting the people side of organization change. The purpose of this position is to provide Project, Change and Business Process leadership and execution for Kao Initiatives. The ideal candidates will have 3-4 years relevant experience.
The key areas of responsibility for this panregional role (Americas and EMEA) include:
1. Change Management: Leadership Alignment, Communications, Training, Measuring Adoption
2. Business Process Management: Continuous Improvement, Best Practices & Benchmarking, Root Cause Analysis, Optimization & Automation, RACI Identification, Business Process Mapping
3. Project Management: Lead projects as required, managing timeline, scope, budget, deliverables, and delivery of project benefits.
