  • Overview

    This position will support the on going day-to-day operations of the whole Travel Retail sales team and will play an integral part in enabling the execution of the total channel strategy. An essential part of this role is relationship building throughout the business and having the ability to be flexible & adaptable to support the team at all times.

     

    This role is varied, 'hands on' and requires excellent organizational & administrative skills with attention to detail. 

    Responsibilities

    Support KAM & ISM by managing the on-going day to day operations of multiple accounts, including;
    - Sales tracking & ROI analysis
    - Administrative support across all accounts & markets
    - Forecasting & stock management
    - Liaising with customers and support them directly when required

     

    Travel Retail Field Team support:
    - Build a solid relationship with cluster managers and sales consultants
    - Support the cluster managers through daily communication
    - Administrative support to the field teams such as sales tracking, staffing, stock management
    - Support the KAM & CMs to deliver 3 x TR team away days each year

     

    Work closely with the marketing team to:
    - Support the execution of brand strategies & new product launches
    - Develop tools for the field team to optimise sales
    - Maximise range and planograms by location through regular range reviews and sales analysis
    - Maintain and take ownership the 12 month rolling TR activation calendar

     

    Promotions:
    - Support KAM to build and execute a strong annual promotional plan
    - Administrative support for promotional nominations and set up
    - Minimum display quantity set up and stock management throughout
    - Post activity analysis and reporting

     

    Global Expansion;
    - Support the global team members with administrative support when required
    - Build and maintain monthly sales trackers by customer and support with analysis
    - Support with preparations for customer meetings & visits

     

    General Support
    - Manage samples for the whole team
    - Organise and coordinate team meetings when required
    - Attend customer meetings when relevant

     

    Qualifications

    • BSc/BA hons degree or equivalent 
    • 1-2 years experience in a similar role supporting a team
    • Understanding/interest in luxury beauty
    • Experience within the retail environment is desirable
    • Experience working with a field team is desirable
