We've currently got a great new opportunity for a National Account Manager to come and work with us in our newly refurbished office in Central London. We are looking for a self-motivated, dynamic NAM to help deliver our ambitious retail growth plans. Responsible for our UK wholesale accounts you will be accountable for driving the sales in all existing accounts as well as seeking and securing new distribution channels.
The core purpose of this role is to manage total P&L in excess of £5m, meet budgeted sales and profit growth targets, and manage sell-out and sell-in across designated account base that may evolve over time. You will be responsible for achieving sustainable growth within each managed accounts through the development of a clearly defined account strategy.
You will take tactical actions to deliver the sales budget across area of responsibility on a month by month basis. At the same time build strong relationships with the buying and merchandising teams with each managed account.
This NAM role has ownership across our total business and portfolio, therefore requiring a strategic mind-set & ability to develop a strong internal & external network. You will be driven by the challenge of delivering brand growth and negotiating terms with the account in order to exceed targets.

BSc/BA hons degree or equivalent
3-5 years experience in an account management / retail facing role
Understanding/interest in luxury beauty
Experience within the retail environment
