The core purpose of this role is to lead the category management responsibilities across Grocery mutiples. You will drive the engagement strategy to enhance our credentials and relationships with our key grocery partners.The day to day focus will be on analysing and identifying opportunities to deliver profitable sales growth and value for Kao, the category and the shopper, whilst delivering against distribution, space and merchandising targets for the Kao portfolio.

Identify the optimum tactics to enable Kao to win in the Grocery Mults channel and embed these within KAO and Key customers
Key partner for marketing, sales and trade marketing in identification and definition of new opportunities across all retailers and channels.
