    Managing total P&L, meet budgeted sales and profit growth targets, and manage sell-out and sell-in across designated account base. 

    Develop strategic plans that grow the customer base and ensure delivery of the Molton Brown brand


    • Achieve budgeted sales and profit targets each year

    • Formulate a strategic year plan within set budgets and return on investments.

    • Build strong relationships with customers, both at Head Office and Store level to create opportunities and drive further growth

    • Visit stores to check brand execution, stock availability and engage teams, delivering product and brand training to staff to secure their support as ambassadors for Molton Brown


    • To generate creative ideas to drive business growth

    • Develop accurate stock and sales forecasts





    • BSc/BA hons degree or equivalent
    • Experience and understanding of business development
    • Managing and delivering top and bottom line sales in line with distribution and channel strategies
    • Experienced in building relationships with retailers for the benefit of the total business
    • Experienced in working with retailers at Head Office and Store level
    • Ability to analyse sales, competitor and market data in order to make recommendations for the business
    • Experience in meeting budgeted sales and profit growth targets
    • Experience in P&L accountability
    • 2-5 years experience in an account management / retail facing role
