    We are looking for a self-motivated, persistent and hungry to succeed person to join our team of Territory Sales Executives at Kao Salon Division, our professional salon services business.


    You will be thriving on achieving stretch goals, you possess a natural ability to build rapport and relationships with prospective and existing clients.

    Your primary role will be to build your portfolio of Salons in your designated area, with a clear focus to build their business by offering them our entire portfolio of products and services focusing on our amazing brands, Goldwell and KMS. You will of course continue to provide the support and grow the business of your existing Salons and grow the engagement with all your existing and prospect Salons through a number of business initiatives, including our industry leading events, Colour Zoom/Global Zoom and Hub events to name a few.


    Be a partner to the salon owner in order to build a mutually beneficial growth path for the long run.

    • Offer the entire portfolio of brands and services.
    • Grow and develop customer specific turnover plans to realise annual and long term targets.
    • Continuusly analyse the performance of your accoutns. Implement and execute our go to market strategy.
    • Use technology in role execution (IPad, Digital, Sales force automation (SFA)
    • Continuously grow and exceed on targets


    • Sales/Customer background
    • Commercially astute, 1-3 years of professional experience (ideal in B2B Sector)
    • Knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite including Word, Powerpoint, Excel and Outlook.
