    To further support the set-up and the continuous success of our FSSC in the Netherlands, we like to get in touch with a pro-active Data Management Coordinator.

     

    The position’s primary role will be to coordinate, assign and maintain Customer Master, Pricing (Conditions, Promotions and Bills of Material in SAP) and Vendor Master for EMEA. You will work with multiple departments within Kao and will be responsible for the initial setup and maintenance of crucial customer, vendor master and pricing related information in SAP.

     

    Responsibilities

    • Consistently meet Service Level Agreement targets;
    • You process Customer, Vendor master data and Pricing information data in SAP;
    • You prioritize most important data entry tasks above those of lesser importance;
    • You administratively support the rollout of the Order To Cash project in EMEA;
    • You are keen on continuous improvement. This means that you pro-actively suggest and execute projects to continually improve processes like Data Entry Forms and/or Processes;
    • You will reconcile & validate supporting documents provided by the business for Master Data related topics;
    • You will ensure proper approvals are in place prior to the execution of requests;
    • You will implement the processes and policies agreed between the stakeholders.

    Qualifications

    • Completed higher education;
    • Experience in a data processing environment with full understanding of business processes;
    • You have the ability to work on a highly analytical level overseeing processes but also can go into deep detail of the matters you are handling;
    • You must have good communication, prioritization, organization, facilitation, and multi-tasking skills;
    • Professional working knowledge of SAP is required and a professional working level of English language;
    • You are keen to details;
    • Working knowledge of Microsoft office software is a must.

    • You are pro-active in sharing your ideas and make sure that others have a clear understanding of your ideas;
    • Strong stakeholder management skills;
    • Team player;
    • You understand different points of view.
